National Wind & Percussion Workshop - A Summer Music Camp at Shenandoah University

NWP 2020 is canceled because of COVID-19

The Shenandoah Conservatory proudly presents the inauguration of the National Wind and Percussion Workshop, which will be held July 6-11, 2020. This event celebrates chamber music and the art of the American wind band experience, an art form that has been woven throughout our nation's history. NWP provides participants an opportunity to perform in a variety of groups to include brass, woodwind and percussion ensembles under the guidance of Shenandoah Conservatory faculty and guest artists.

Participants will be immersed in the wind band experience throughout the week with rehearsals, clinics, workshops and performances. NWP will conclude with gala performances by student ensembles. Please join us for what will prove to be a truly unique experience as we get together to share our love of the American Wind Band Experience.

NWP is excited to present Allen Vizzutti !
